Fancy giving canal-side living in the heart of London a whirl? Then check out this fun and family-friendly apartment, nestling on the side of Regent’s Canal. A masterstroke in the art of modern living, the apartment offers a sociable living space, light-filled bedrooms (the kids will go crazy for the bespoke cabin bed), and a suntrap balcony with views onto the canal directly below. Take a stroll or cycle along the canal and feel instantly far from the maddening crowds of London’s buzzing centre. With many a cafe and bar to stop at, canal boat trips to hop onto, and ducks and swans to feed, you could easily potter the whole day away by the water’s edge. We suggest finishing at Broadway Market, which has excellent places to dine and drink, as well as its weekly farmers’ market. And when you’re ready to delve into the rest of the city, you’re just 20 minutes (on foot) from Shoreditch, Angel, and London Fields where the hipsters (and those that love them) go. Or hop on the tube at nearby Old Street Station and you can be milling about the shops in Covent Garden in less than twenty minutes. Now, how’s that for a location?
